Principal
Candace Scott is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Supreme Court. She is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial law Attorney and is on the roster for economic mediation in Morris, Sussex, Somerset and Hunterdon Counties. In addition to traditional litigation of family law matters, Candace is a trained divorce mediator, family law arbitrator and collaborative divorce attorney.
Candace is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial lawyers, New Jersey Chapter; the American Bar Association, Family Law Section; the New Jersey State Bar Association, Family Law Section; the Morris County Bar Association and Family Law Committee. She regularly serves as a Morris County Early Settlement Panelist. She is a member of the New Jersey Collaborative law Group, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the New Jersey Divorce Arbitrators Association, and the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators.
Candace has been recognized in New Jersey Monthly Magazine’s annual
“Super Lawyers” issues, since inception (2005-2012).*
Candace’s practice focuses on complex matrimonial litigation, custody and related matters, with an emphasis on a comprehensive forensic interdisciplinary approach to family issues. Her practice serves Morris, Sussex, Somerset, Hunterdon and Passaic counties.

Denise Wennogle is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court. Denise joined Candace Scott in 2007 as an associate after completing a judicial clerkship for The Honorable William J. McGovern, III in the Superior Court, Family Part, Sussex County, New Jersey.
Denise is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and the New Jersey Collaborative Law Group. She is a Barrister of the Barry I. Croland Family Law Inn of Court, a Barrister of the Worrall F. Mountain Inn of Court, and a member of the Justice Marie L. Garibaldi Alternative Dispute Resolution Inn of Court. She serves on the Morris County Early Settlement Panel. Denise is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators. She is also a member of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Morris and Sussex County Bar Associations. Denise volunteers for the Battered Women’s Legal Advocacy Project. She is also member of the Morristown Rotary Club.
Denise’s practice is limited to family law matters including divorce, post-judgment, child custody, domestic violence, grandparents’ rights and non-dissolution issues, utilizing collaborative divorce, divorce mediation and litigation as determined to be appropriate to each individual client’s circumstances.
